Check in – Check Out
Check In are carried out from 14.00 to 22.00. Check In after 10.00 pm require an extra € 20. The additional cost for late check-in is:

euro 50 from 00: 00 to 01:30
Late check in must be agreed in advance. We do not accept arrivals at night by public transport or last minute late check-ins.
Check-ins before 14.00 are not possible, except in special cases, as an apartment already free the day before and therefore not occupied by other guests. In this particular case, customers are only authorized to put down their luggage and use the bathroom quickly, to allow the cleaning team to work smoothly. During Check In, the keys of the apartment will be handed over and the balance of the reservation or any extras and the city tax will be settled.
Luggage deposit
Customers can check out until 10.00 am and take advantage luggage storage.
➡ After 12.30, until 5 pm they will have to pay an extra 20 euros for up to 5 suitcases, the cost will then increase by 5 euros per suitcase.
➡ If, on the other hand, the luggage storage time is scheduled after 5 pm, the cost of the extra will be 30 euros for up to five suitcases, the cost will then increase by 5 euros per suitcase.
Payment
We accept various payment methods: you can pay in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card (excluding American Express).
💵If you have paid your stay in advance, upon your arrival during check-in you will be asked to pay only the tourist tax, equal to € 6 per person per night (excluding residents in Rome and minors 10 years) and if applicable, the extras of the services you have requested such as shuttle service, late check in or late check out, luggage storage or extra people.
💵If you have paid a deposit, you can pay in the structure together with the city tax (tourist tax), equal to € 6 per person per night (excluding residents in Rome and children under 10) and, if applicable, the extras of services you have requested such as shuttle service, late check in or late check out, luggage storage or extra people.
💵If you have not paid or paid a deposit, ⚠️ once the free cancellation limit has expired, the cost of the first night of the stay will be charged. ⚠️
City Tax
The City Tax will also be collected during Check In.
Non-resident guests in Rome who stay in private apartments, including accommodation for tourist use, rented for no more than 30 days (short rentals), are required to pay the contribution of € 6 per person for each overnight stay. The contribution applies only for the first 10 days.
Who does not have to pay the city tax
- Children under ten years old;
- those who stay overnight in youth hotels
- the sick and those who care for hospitalized patients, at the rate of one companion per patient. Parents accompanying patients under the age of eighteen are also exempt from the residence tax. The patient or accompanying person must make a specific declaration, in accordance with the legislation governing false declarations (Presidential Decree No. 445/2000 and subsequent amendments), certifying the patient’s personal details and the reference period of hospitalization and / or health services that must not be specified, to protect privacy;
- bus drivers and tour leaders who provide assistance to groups organized by travel and tourism agencies. The exemption applies to each bus driver and to a tour guide for every 25 participants;
- the personnel belonging to the State Police and other armed forces who stay overnight for the performance of public order and safety activities, as defined in the Consolidated Law on Public Security and the related Implementing Regulations;
- guests of accommodation facilities and private apartments, including accommodation for tourist use, with a short lease contract, which are located in the suburban enclave of Roma Capitale called: territorial fraction of Polline and Martignano;
- the staff of the accommodation facilities who work in the structure;
- those for whom, regardless of the place of residence, the conditions exist for immediate and temporary first aid accommodation assistance, activated by the Civil Protection, in the accommodation facilities of Roma Capitale, in the event of extraordinary and unpredictable civil protection events;
- those who stay in accommodation facilities as a result of measures adopted by public authorities to deal with situations of a social nature, as well as emergency, resulting from disasters or events of an extraordinary nature or for purposes of humanitarian aid;
- volunteers who work on the occasion of disasters or events of an extraordinary nature for humanitarian relief purposes.

Check in Online – Privacy
At Check In it is required that all guests have a document as each structure is required by law (see PDF legislative decree of 7 January 2013 ) to communicate who is staying at their apartment. People without documents are not allowed.
For this reason, on the day before your arrival you will be asked to fill in the temporary link for the online check-in of your stay.
Pets are welcomed
Any pet is welcome as long as they are well behaved. He cannot be left alone in the apartment if there is no one there and he absolutely must not climb onto the beds and sofas.
If at check out we find hair or anything else on blankets, pillows, sheets or towels, you will be charged for the laundry and disinfection service of € 30 – € 50, depending on the amount of linen to be washed.
